How to make Rohu fish curry
Step 1 Marinate the fish
Marinate the fish with 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoons garlic paste and salt to taste. Leave for half an hour in a cool place.
Step 2 Make a seasoning spice
To make the spice, add 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 inch of ginger pieces and 1 teaspoon of garlic paste to the blender.
